The Course in Agile Project Management with Scrum is aimed at:
- Promoters of changes in organisational culture.
- Professionals looking to increase efficiency and achieve continuous improvement in their teams.
- Project Managers, supervisors and members of software development teams that use classic project management methodologies and who wish to learn about alternatives to predictive management (the Waterfall model).
- People looking to learn the basics of Scrum in order to apply them in their work environment and take the certification exams: PMI-ACP and PSM from Scrum.org. (Preparation for these certifications is beyond the scope of this course).
