Previous Knowledge

It is required for students to be in possession of an official university degree, graduate or undergraduate architects, civil engineers or industrial engineers; In case students may have professional experience but no degree they will receive a certificate of completion.

The course also aims professionals and graduates in other fields (economy, laws, geography, etc…) that may work in urban activities, or that may not have direct relation to urbanism but want to get further and accurate practical and theory knowledge on urban management and urban planning

Objectives

Writing reports and performing Real Estate technical inspections in the private sector, working as well as a consultant in legal and administrative proceedings where a legal technician is required: auctions, litigations due to inheritance or divorce, technical evidences, executive processes, etc…
Capable of performing international certifications in Project management Professional and international valuations.

The main objective of the course is to fulfill the need for knowledgeable professional experts in the field of Real Estate valuations and technical legal matters. Professionals with a high practical and theoretical knowledge in the field, capable as well to initiate and develop research activities.
Understanding and analyzing legal and regulatory aspects at all levels, being able to discuss with qualified and specialized professionals in Real Estate valuation, as well as in management and auditing specific local and state taxes, expropriation or urban planning.
Evaluating and writing reports at an international level with a high degree of complexity. Identify risks and determine profitability of Real Estate projects. Performing consulting task in Real Estate valuation matters for intermediary and trading businesses dealing with all types of Real Estate assets: rural land, housing and subsidized housing, commercial stores, etc. Valuate Real property for all type of purposes: urban and Real Estate Project feasibility, urban management, insurances, property transfers, buying and selling businesses, inventories, partitions, loans.
