The course is structured into three progressive modules:
- Project Management: Learn the fundamentals and how to balance the triple constraint of scope, time, and cost.

Advanced Project Management: Deepen your understanding of key knowledge areas (resources, quality, communication, risks, stakeholders, and procurement) and of monitoring and control processes.

Advanced Project Leadership in the Organization: Develop a strategic vision by connecting project management with corporate objectives and business planning.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will earn the University Expert in Project Management certificate (15 ECTS) from the Universitat Ramon Llull (URL), with the option to validate these credits towards the Master’s Degree in Project Management (60 ECTS).
