The program is structured into three progressive modules:
- Project Management: fundamentals and mastery of the triple constraint (scope, time and cost).
- Advanced Project Management: risk management, stakeholder management, quality management, communication and control.
- Strategic Project Management: aligning projects with business objectives and managing programms and portfolios.
Upon completion, you will be awarded the University Expert in Project Management qualification (15 ECTS) by the Universitat Ramon Llull (URL), with the option to continue onto the Master’s degree.
