Work is carried out using different active teaching methodologies, mainly project-based learning.
Although there are lectures, demonstrative and practical classes predominate, where the latter are carried out
individually by the students with continuous supervision and feedback from the teacher.
At certain points in the syllabus, problem-based learning and exercises are applied, so that the student has to
face situations that take them out of their comfort zone. In this process the student has to think about solving
more complex situations by merging different techniques and applying theory.
Didactic activities with specific audiovisual material are offered so that students can familiarise themselves with
the technical vocabulary and develop their professional growth through practice and experience.
At the beginning of the course, the exercises that make up the continuous evaluation of the whole semester and
the route to follow to achieve the purpose of the course are set out.
Throughout the course, the student receives individual and group feedback to evolve and have the opportunity
to rectify, improve their work and have a constant evolution in their learning.
Assessment is continuous. Practical and evaluable exercises will be carried out on the different subjects, as well
as a final project.
The percentage of the evaluation will be distributed as follows:
10%: Attendance and participation in class.
50%: continuous assessment practices.
30%: Final project.
If the student does not pass the ordinary exam, he/she will have the right to an Extraordinary Exam in July and
will have to hand in those practicals with a grade lower than 4.
