Thinking is not enough: it's time to feel, question, and act.

It seems that in the West we are immersed in a sea of catastrophic news, accompanied by explicit images of human brutality, to which we appear to have grown accustomed. Where does this apathy come from?

We invite you to a space where reflection meets action. In a world where indifference feels natural, pausing to think together can make a difference. What if, instead of defending a superficial empathy, we needed to be critical and promote a moral obligation that entails the duty to act?

We revisit this theme just months after the passing of one of the greatest philosophers of our time, Alasdair MacIntyre, who also sought to reclaim moral virtue in our era and respond to the ethical indifference of our historical moment.

Join us for a conversation with Joan García del Muro, Philosophy professor at La Salle-URL and author of The Stone Guests, and Dr. Carles Llinàs, Dean of Philosophy, in a dialogue that inspires deep thought and meaningful action.

What You’ll Experience

  • Inspiration to reconnect with your capacity for action

  • Reflection on ethics in our lives and in society

  • A conversation with experts who invite us to question and think

A space to pause, reflect, and discover how ethics can transform our perspective and our actions.
