Therefore, you can implement Lean in any of the positions you occupy (client, construction or architecture/engineering) and in different types of projects (building, civil, infrastructure, etc.).
As an example, in 2020 the government of Catalonia launched a tender to build 5 COVID hospitals in 20 weeks each. 25% of the weight of this tender was related to having previous experience in Lean Construction, therefore, it is already a reality, not only in private but also public companies.
