The Java Foundations' Course is 100% subsidised training by the Consortium for Continuous Training of Catalonia and the SEPE (State Public Employment Service), with the aim of promoting new job opportunities for unemployed people and requalifying active professionals.
By the end of the course, you will know how to create Java applications using encapsulation, inheritance, and polymorphism, running them correctly, and learning how to handle errors, as well as how to read and write to data and text files.
Consortium for Continuing Education in Catalonia
The Consortium was created in 2004 within the framework of the Public Employment Service of Catalonia, and is made up of the Government of Catalonia, through the Ministry of Enterprise and Labour, and the trade unions and business organisations that are considered the most representative in Catalonia.
The main objective of the Consortium is the development of continuous vocational training as an essential instrument to guarantee lifelong learning, the adaptation of active workers and companies to the new knowledge-based society and the maintenance of the professional training of workers in cases of changes and mutations of production processes within the framework of the European Employment Strategy.
