La Salle Campus Barcelona-URL will be presenting its educational courses for the 2019-2020 academic year at the Saló de l'Ensenyament 2019 educational fair, with three new degrees on show.
For the 2019-2020 school year, La Salle-URL is expanding its university courses with the launch of new three-year degrees, in line with the European standard. In the field of Digital Art, Animation and VFX, it will be offering the degree in Digital Arts. In the field of Management, it will be offering a degree in Digital Business. And, in the multimedia engineering environment, it is presenting its degree in Software Application Techniques.
The fine arts of the 21st century
La Salle Campus Barcelona is offering a new Undergraduate Degree in Digital Arts inspired in the fundamentals of traditional Fine Arts, incorporating the technological knowledge and digital tools students need to become the artists of the future. As such, students will receive training in classical artistic techniques as well as in the possibilities opened up by new technologies for creativity.
A comprehensive experience in entrepreneurship and digital business
The new Degree in Digital Business, Design and Innovation provides students with the knowledge they need to create a business or to make a real difference at existing businesses, boasting attributes such as international curiosity, bias for action, autonomous learning and creative confidence.
All this is coupled with an education based on real.life projects, using methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean Start-up and Agile Development (SCRUM) so they can enter the business world with the ability to constantly adapt to the changes brought by the digital revolution.
Multimedia at your fingertips
The Degree in Digital Interaction and Computing Techniques trains students to become professionals in multimedia product design.
They will be able to develop a professional career as experts in communication and creation of interactive contents thanks to our training based on four blocks: the design of multimedia products, electrical engineering; programming and multimedia production, thus acquiring knowledge about development and programming of mobile and web applications; programming for communication with peripherals or for generating special effects; and interaction, which allows the user to communicate with the machine and enjoy experiences.
