Ramon Llull University (URL), of which La Salle-URL is one of the founding members, is the second best young university (under 50 years of age) in Spain according to THE Young University Rankings, a position it has already achieved in the previous edition. In addition, it improves its position globally and appears in the 101-150 range.
This year, the ranking published by Times Higher Education magazine has evaluated a total of 605 universities from 78 countries, of which 32 are Spanish. The classification is prepared under the same parameters as the THE World University Rankings (WUR), measuring the performance of universities in five areas: teaching, research, citations, international projection and knowledge transfer.
The result consolidates the good position achieved by the URL in the THE World University Rankings 2023, in which it was classified in the 501-600 range in the world, fourth in Catalonia and seventh in Spain.
