1. ENROLLMENT

You must get enrolled in the Master’s Final Project (TFM), like all subjects, within the enrolment period of the degree. It should be remembered that the TFM can only be presented when the student has passed all the subjects that make up the degree.

Getting enrolled in the TFM includes the possible presentation in two calls: a presentation in the ordinary call or a Presentation in the extraordinary call.

It should be noted that in each of the different degrees, the calls for proposals - both for presentations of reports and for the public defence of the TFM - will establish their timetable, with prior approval of the Academic Direction.

Extraordinary Call
The student will have a third extraordinary TFM presentation option in February, only in the case that the student requests it, and the request is within the framework stipulated by the School's regulations ( at the time of enrolment, together with the TFM, a maximum of two core subjects s of the degree, which must be subjects repeated),

The TFM cover pages are available in the Academic Secretariat.

2. INCOMPATIBILITIES FOR THE DEFENSE OF THE TFM

The defence of TFM can only be done once all the subjects of the degree have been approved. Therefore, in order to get enrolled, it is necessary to have attended all the subjects that make up the degree (taking into account any enrolment restrictions that may exist).

3. QUALIFICATION REGISTRATION

  1. Application for registration
  2. Acceptance or rejection of registration
  3. Modification of the registration
  4. Completion of the project

The enrolment of the TFM is telematic and can be done by accessing https://eSecretary.salle.url.edu (login and password) / Notes / Management TFC / PFC / TFM / TFC / PFC / TFM registry.

You can start your enrolment once it has been formalised, until December 30 if the TFM is presented in February, or until March 31 if the TFM is presented in June or September. Completion of the registration must be processed before delivering the Reports to the Academic Secretariat.

You must choose a TFM director before you start your registration. Remember that the TFM director must accept your request.

Registration and delivery steps for TFM enrolment:

1. Application for registration

Through this, the TFM director is selected and the TFM registry is recorded. In case there is also a co-director, it will be only one of the two co-directors who will be responsible for the data.

The request for a project is made for an academic year. In the event that you have to attend an extraordinary call, you must apply for the enrolment.

In the case of wanting to make a change of director of the TFM, you must make a request to the academic responsible for the qualification.

2. Acceptance or rejection of registration

The TFM director receives an e-mail with the student's request. Through this entry, the TFM director can accept or reject the registration. In both cases, the student will receive an e-mail. If the request is rejected, the "Project Recorder Registration" entry in the TFM director folder will disappear and the student should return to step 1. If accepted, it becomes a new entry called "Project in progress".

3. Modification of the registration

The student will be able to make modifications to the project from the validation of the registration. Modifications can be validated or rejected by the director of the TFM in the same way as in the acceptance or rejection of the registration.

4. Completion of the project
The final step of the TFM, and before the end of the deadline for submitting the report. The student must enter the TFM folder again, select the "Project in progress" icon, insert the abstract of the project, include a memory of the project in electronic format and activate the "Request for completion" option. The TFM director will again have the option to accept or reject the termination. If the request is accepted, the entry "Project in progress" will become "Finished Project", and you will not be able to modify it again.

For any doubt or problem with the registration process, you can send an email to helpdesk@salle.url.edu.

4. TFG/TFM DIRECTORS

TFM directors must belong to the Cloister of teachers.

The TFM director will ensure the quality and Coherence of the TFM specifications, and the roadmap for its implementation and will guide the student in its realization.

Co-director of the TFM
There may be a co-director in a TFM. The co-director is responsible for notifying the coordinator of the degree. Therefore, only one of the two co-directors is responsible for entering the information in the registry. See section 3. REGISTRATION OF THE TITLE.

External TFM co-director
If the project is carried out within the framework of a company or any institution other than La Salle - Ramon Llull University, there may be a TFM co-director. However, a La Salle TFM co-director will also be necessary to ensure the follow-up of the TFM and the assistance on the day of the public defence. In this case, the responsible co-director must notify the coordinator of the degree. The co-director responsible for entering the information in the register will be the professor of La Salle.
