Students of the degree in Digital Arts exhibit their projects at the Sant Gervasi - Joan Maragall Library

Eight students of the degree in Digital Arts from La Salle Campus Barcelona have exhibited their projects at the Sant Gervasi - Joan Maragall Library between January 13 and 29. It is the first time that the students of the degree have had the opportunity to exhibit their work outside the Campus, and they have done so within the framework of the 'Digital Arts in Action' project, through which the Joan Maragall Library and La Salle-URL want to publicize and disseminate digital arts.

"Each of the students has created, from the origin of the Parque de la Tamarita, a narrative story," explains Gloria Fernández, academic coordinator of the degree in Digital Arts. The eight works on display are a selection of the best proposals submitted by students who began studying Digital Arts at La Salle-URL last year. "It is their first artistic project and the first project that we exhibit outside the Campus", explains the coordinator of the degree.

The eight students who have exhibited their projects at the Sant Gervasi Library have been Júlia Catalán, Júlia Gener, Carla Ramió, Nuria Solé, Clara Soler, Laia Tarragó, Judith Tarrés and Carla Uribe. The eight have had the accompaniment and advice of three members of the teaching team of the degree: Joel Dalmau, Jorge Egea and Glòria Fernández herself. In this way, the users of the Sant Gervasi - Joan Maragall Library have been able to get to know what digital arts are through the projects and talent of the La Salle-URL students, and the students have seen how their works went beyond the classrooms to be exhibited in the presence of all kind of audiences.
