The Social Board Council (SBC), the Social Council of Entities of La Salle Campus Barcelona, is holding a new meeting with the participation of the fourteen social organizations that are part of it. On this occasion, the meeting takes place at the headquarters of Cáritas Barcelona (Plaça Nova, 1, Barcelona), hosted by Cáritas and the Fundació Habitatge Social.
During the meeting, the new organizations joining the SBC will be introduced; the Working Groups will be developed; AI training sessions will be presented; and a recent success case will be shared: the academic collaboration between Oxfam Intermón and the School of Business at La Salle-URL.
The Social Council of Entities acts as a bridge between the campus and the social ecosystem to generate real impact and transform society. Its mission is to connect academic resources, university talent, and the social commitment of the university community with the needs and challenges of social organizations, fostering community development, inclusion, equity, social justice, and the common good.
