Advanced fundamentals in construction building is recommended.
Perform studies and Health and Safety plans, and coordinating supplier´s activities in construction Health and Safety matters, during the Project phase as well as during execution phase.
. Implementing safety related matters in the construction building process during the Project phase as well as during execution phase.
. Calculation of hourly rates. Preparation of quotations for professional technical assistance.
. Elaborate all documents related to Health and Safety required when executing construction works or when writing a project.
. Perform studies and Health and Safety plans, and coordinating supplier´s activities in construction Health and Safety matters, during the Project phase as well as during execution phase.
Taking previous studies in construction building as a base, students will acquire deep knowledge in site construction management, construction site measurements and valuations, as well as in legal and economic matters related to the field of construction buildings with special focus in Safety and Prevention.
1. General principles in prevention risk related to Health and Safety matters at the work place.
2. Safety and Health regulation in construction building.
3. Hazards and risks that can arise at each phase of the construction process.
4. Risk management during the construction process.
5. Tasks of each area of the organization taking part in the different phases of the Project and of the execution of the construction.
6. Implementation of prevention of occupational hazards in the projects. Safety and health studies. Usage of specific program software to write ESS.
7. Planning, controlling and monitoring safety during the execution of a construction building. Health and safety plan.
8. Health and Safety coordination. Coordinating contractor´s activities.

Methodologic approach teaching-learning to reach objectives:
Lectures, practical classes, individual Works, group Works, public corrections. Visiting construction sites..
