Research Fridays - Creative challenges

How does an engineer make the leap to the creative world? Xavi Bové will explain his experience in moving from university education to the professional field and will reflect on how technology has taken more of a leading role in artistic creations in recent decades. During the session, he will present examples of his creations and review some milestones in the industry:

• The growing number of street art events and light festivals
• The current trend towards immersiveness and artificial intelligence

This will be the first session of the 2022-2023 academic year of the informative cycle 'Research Fridays', a series of conferences that explores questions about university research and how this knowledge is transferred to society.
