Manage from a legal point of view the construction process, whether public or private, as a whole, both from the perspective of the construction company, the developer or the Facultative Management.
Know the main legal aspects that, from a practical point of view, it is necessary to bear in mind in the execution of a work
Taking previous knowledge of construction as a base, students will acquire deep knowledge in site construction management, construction site measurements and valuations, as well as in legal and economic matters related to the field of construction buildings with special focus in Safety and Prevention.
Legal and administrative aspects of construction sites: before, during and after/Case studies and resolution of disputes/lawsuits in each phase.
