The International Association La Salle Universities (IALU), created in 1998, currently comprises 64 institutions spread throughout the world and promotes the network collaboration of all its members to claim the validity of Christian values and the charism of Saint John Baptist de La Salle in today's university world.
The objective of the IALU is to become the largest network of universities in the world to continue being a reference in social innovation, in accessible quality education and in the training of highly qualified and committed agents of transformation. As a network, the IALU wants to respond to the present and future challenges of society, especially in the field of education, in a world increasingly in need of justice, peace and sustainability.
Currently, the General Director of La Salle Campus Barcelona, Josep M. Santos, is part of the board of the IALU as Regional Director for Europe and French-Speaking Africa.
From November 7 to 12, 2022, the XIII Meeting of the International Association of La Salle Universities (IALU) was held in Beauvais and Barcelona.
