La Salle Talent Week celebrates its tenth edition with nearly 2000 attendees

La Salle Campus Barcelona has held the tenth edition of La Salle Talent Week, its employability fair, with the presence of nearly 2000 attendees and 46 companies. The event has served one more year to connect the talent of La Salle-URL students with companies in all areas of knowledge on campus: Engineering, Architecture, Management, Animation & VFX, Digital Arts, Health Engineering and Philosophy .

Compared to the 2021 edition, the number of attendees has doubled, which has allowed interviews and contacts between students and participating companies to also increase. In addition, 15 keynotes have been held aimed at students of Engineering, Business, Architecture and Animation, whith had an attendance of about 60 students in each of them. During the week, 28 recordings of knowledge pills were also made with several of the participating companies, which served to offer advice on the professional future of the students, and 214 virtual meetings were held.

The Showroom of the Talent Week 2022

The main activity, the Showroom, took place in the Congress Hall of La Salle Campus Barcelona, ​​where 46 company stands were set up that allowed representatives of these companies to get to know first-hand the students of La Salle-URL. Among the many participating companies stand out Bricomart, Damm, Grifols, Nestle, Mango, Mediapro, Danone, Zurich, Santander, EY, HP, KPMG, Seat and COAC, among others.

In the activities and workshops, topics related to employability at an international level and the new characteristics of the labor market were discussed, as well as key issues for the professional sector, both present and future, such as artificial intelligence, the metaverse, technological change, leadership and emotional management.
