The construction industry accounts for 13% of the world's GDP and its productivity is 70% lower compared to other industries. In addition, we live in an increasingly changing and volatile world.
Faced with this scenario, where there is a lot of room for improvement, the Lean Construction methodology appears, which is being strengthened to reverse this situation and improve the different areas of project management such as cost, deadline, quality and communication, among others.
