The library is a dedicated space of personal study and the consult of documents. For that reason, silence is required in the room. Be respectful to your fellow colleagues by maintaining order and silence. For the same reason, it is not allowed to work in groups or any related activity (using a cutter, gluing, etc.) that may disturb others. Students must use the designated areas to carry out these tasks.

Cellphones must be silenced while you are in the library. If you must call, talk or use any conference programs (Zoom, Skype, Microsoft Teams, etc.) you must walk outside to do so.

To facilitate access to people with reduced mobility and ease a possible evacuation, do not move the library furniture. Occupy the designated place for each table and do not block the aisle. If you need more space, use the tables with bigger capacity.

It is forbidden to reserve tables for one or more users. The staff of the library reserves the right to remove the material from the tables.

Any food or drinks may not be brought in the library. Only drink bottles with a cap that could be tightly closed are permitted.

The user is responsible for its own personal belongings. Library staff will not hold responsibility for personal items that are lost, stolen or damaged concerning users' belongings.

It is recommended to not enter with any kind of transport (bikes, folding bikes, electric scooters, scooters, skateboards, etc.) or objects with big dimensions like luggage or music instruments that can bother the rest of users. If it is necessary, address yourself to the counter and the staff will give you the designated area to keep this item.

If the library's anti-theft alarm is activated when a user who has just used the loan service, they have to go to the counter so that the staff can check that all the documents they carry correspond to those they have borrowed. If the anti-theft alarm is activated at the exit when a user has not done the loan process of the materials, they will be informed of the corresponding sanctions.
