The Ramon Llull University (URL), of which La Salle-URL is a founding member, is ranked for the fourth consecutive year in the group of Spanish universities with the best teaching performance, while sharing first place in Catalonia. This is confirmed by the U-Ranking, one of the most important reports on the Spanish university scene, which, based on 20 indicators, classifies 71 universities according to their teaching performance, research activity, innovation activity and overall performance.
The URL appears especially prominent in several of the indicators: the percentage of foreign students, the percentage of students in international mobility programs, the permanence rate and the success rate. In the general performance ranking, which takes into account both teaching and research and innovation indicators, URL appears in the fifth group of Spanish universities with the best performance. In the specific indicators of research and innovation, the URL appears again in the tenth group of best universities.
The BBVA Foundation and the Valencian Institute for Economic Research (IVIE) are in charge of preparing the U-Ranking. Recently, the same study published an analysis on the labor insertion of university students that places URL as the best Catalan university in the field of 'Business, administration and law', while classifying it in fourth position in the global ranking in Catalonia.
