Two projects of La Salle Campus BCN-URL participate in the Audio-Visual Pitching

Two projects of the videogame subject of the Multimedia Engineering's Degree at La Salle Campus BCN-URL have been selected to participate in the third edition of the University-Industry Audio-Visual Pitching.

On November 30th and December 1st, the projects selected by the Audiovisual Cluster of Catalonia will be presented by the students to a wide range of producers and companies specialising in transmedia and video games with the aim of promoting new productions. Students will have seven minutes to present their project, and professionals will have seven minutes to make comments and questions.

The projects of La Salle Campus BCN-URL that have been selected to be presented in the category of 'New Windows' on Friday 1st December are:

1. Hidden Dose: a video game experience that simulates a ScapeRoom, in which the concierge of a biochemical laboratory, due to an accident, is infected with a virus and has two missions: healing and escaping in a limited time.

2. Hexcars: it is a multiplayer 1vs1 sand game, in which the two players have to choose a car with their own abilities and drive through the map trying to paint more than the opponent. During the game, there is a wide range of improvements that can harm the opponent.

This pioneering initiative is born out of the agreement between different Catalan universities, among them La Salle-URL, together with the Audiovisual Cluster of Catalonia and facilitates a first contact between students of undergraduate and master's degrees in Audiovisual Communication and Cinema with producers, televisions and distributors.
