Next Wednesday, 17 June, the event Care for the Human Person and AI. On Pope Leo XIV's Encyclical Magnifica humanitas will take place in the Sala de Graus of La Salle Campus Barcelona. This academic event, organised by the Campus Pastoral Office, aims to reflect on the Pope's recent encyclical.
The event will take the form of a round table discussion and will feature Dr Rosa Ma. Alsina, Provost of La Salle-URL; Dr Carles Llinàs, Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy; Dr David Miralles, lecturer and researcher at La Salle-URL; and Dr Ricardo Mejía, lecturer at the Faculty of Philosophy. Joining online will be Br. Alejandro González Cerna, Dean of Education at the University of Bethlehem. The discussion will be moderated by Dr Armando Pego, Academic Director of the PhD Programme in Philosophy: Humanism and Transcendence.
