- Attendance is mandatory.

- If a student does not submit the course assignments, it will be considered an absence.

Note: Students are reminded that they may only register for the next make-up exam session if they are repeating the module in question and if they have no more than two modules remaining, in addition to the final project, to complete their Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Engineering with Honors degree. The make-up exam session is an additional exam session for modules in which the student failed the previous year. Therefore, the course content must correspond to that of the module the student actually took in the previous academic year.

- First, if a student intends to take advantage of this option, they must inform the module coordinator once they have enrolled in the course (before the semester begins).

- Second, the student must attend a brief interview to clarify their academic status and the reasons why they wish to retake the course (degree program, outstanding modules, etc.). If a student wishes to participate in the retake program, they must be fully aware that they will have to accept the assessment criteria and grading system described above, and that no exceptions will be made.
