Teaching Activity
Coordinator, instructor and academic tutor of the External Internships course in the Engineering area. She contributes to the design, planning and delivery of the course, aimed at developing students’ professional competencies and enhancing their employability. Her responsibilities include teaching coordination, academic supervision and student assessment, ensuring the quality, coherence and continuous improvement of the programme in alignment with labour market demands.

Professional Activity
Higher education professional with over 20 years of experience in employability, career development and university–industry collaboration. She currently serves as Talent Manager at La Salle Campus Barcelona, where she leads the External Internships service and oversees the implementation and coordination of the institutional internship model across six academic areas.

Her role encompasses the planning, coordination and supervision of academic and professional teams, as well as the design and implementation of employability and career development initiatives. She has led strategic projects aimed at enhancing students’ employability and labour market integration, strengthening partnerships with industry and improving service efficiency through process digitalisation.

Prior to her current role, she developed her professional career in human resources consulting (Hudson, Adecco, Lacer), specialising in recruitment, assessment and talent development, bringing a practical understanding of labour market dynamics to her academic work.
