La Salle Campus Barcelona, a founding member of Universitat Ramon Llull, has achieved outstanding results in its first participation in the Escudo Digital Ranking. The campus placed its Master of Lifelong Learning in Cybersecurity in 6th position and its Master of Science in Direction and Management of Cybersecurity and Critical Infrastructures in 16th position.
The ranking is produced by the specialised media outlet Escudo Digital and analyses cybersecurity master's programmes offered across Spain. It evaluates more than 70 cybersecurity programmes delivered by universities, business schools and other educational institutions throughout the country.
To compile the ranking, Escudo Digital assesses more than 25 indicators related to areas such as academic content, faculty quality, links with the professional sector, teaching methodology and students' career development opportunities.
This recognition highlights La Salle Campus Barcelona's commitment to specialised education aligned with the needs of a strategic sector such as cybersecurity. It also reflects the strong connection between its programmes and the current challenges faced by businesses and the technology industry.
The presence of two campus master's programmes in this ranking reinforces the position of La Salle Digital Engineering School (ETSELS) and the International La Salle International School of Business and Digital Economics (FICEDLS) as leading institutions in the education of professionals in the technology and digital sectors.
