La Salle Campus Barcelona, founding member of Universitat Ramon Llull, hosts a new event titled 'Face to Face with the Big Four: Vision, Talent and Future'. The event brings together, in the campus auditorium (4.30 p.m.), partners and talent managers from Deloitte, PwC, EY, and KPMG to discuss current challenges in the sector, share leadership experiences, and connect the professional world with campus students.
The event, organized by La Salle Finance Society, is divided into two parts. The first session, 'Sector Trends and Transformation', focuses on the evolution of companies and the factors transforming the industry. The speakers include Simeón García-Nieto (Legal Partner, Corporate/M&A at EY), Sandra Prior (Consulting Partner at PwC), Marc Ferré (Business Transformation Partner at Deloitte), and Luis Vidal (Audit Partner at KPMG).
The second session, 'Recruitment and Career Opportunities in the Big Four', centers on what major firms look for when recruiting talent. The panelists are Cristina Roca (HR Senior Manager at Deloitte), Sonia Suárez (Head of HR for Catalonia at PwC), Jordi Vázquez (Senior HR at KPMG), and Gisela Schunk (Senior Talent Attraction & Acquisition at EY).
