Participated in the democratization of post-war Bosnia-Herzegovina from 1997-2000 in the OSCE Mission, with participation of UN and EU.
Returned to Spain by November 2000 and in February 2001 started working in Siemens as HR Partner and later HR Director in one of the Group´s companies (BJC), until 2015, when I started working as freelance HR consultant and also HR Manager in a Technova startup (Nektria).
Currently I am also working as professor both in La Salle-URL and CETT Barcelona.
