Liv is an Associate Professor at La Salle Campus Barcelona – Ramon Llull University, where she teaches Management Skills. Her approach integrates theory, systems thinking, and experiential learning, combining structured self reflection, group work, and analysis of students’ context to develop leadership, collaboration, and communication skills required in today’s complex environment, across organizational and project-based settings.

She is an international trainer, facilitator, and coach specializing in collaborative leadership, collaboration in complex environments, and systems thinking. She brings over twenty years of international professional experience across sectors and contexts. Over the past fifteen years, she has worked independently and with The Partnering Initiative (UK), supporting organizations —including UN agencies, NGOs, public administrations, and private companies— in developing collaborative capacities for more sustainable outcomes.
She has also collaborated with the Open University of Catalonia (UOC), leading an international university network on integrated health. She began her career at DANONE in Spain, working for 7 years in marketing and innovation, leading cross-functional teams and developing partnerships.
