Nadia Soledad Ibañez Iralde

PhD candidate at La Salle, University Ramon Llull, Barcelona. Architecture from University of Buenos Aires University in 2008 with a Master´s degree in Sustainability and Energy Efficiency in La Salle - URL in 2017.
Professor at the School of Architecture La Salle, coordinator of the Sustainable and Energy Efficiency specialty of the Master´s Degree in Integral Construction Management since 2017 and Professor in Bioclimatic Architecture module and Energy Efficiency module. Professor of Sustainability and Renewable Energy classes in grade courses since 2017.
4 years´ experience as an expert in sustainable architecture and energy efficiency in Ramon Folch Consultant office from 2017 to 2020. The main areas of expertise are energy simulations and certifications. Participation in various energy optimization projects such as the energy audit of Tibidabo Attraction Park, the design optimization of the new building for Esplai center and the LEED certification for Peralada cellar building.
In the field of research, I´m currently a research candidate in the Thermal Energy and Building Performance group at Catalonian Energy Research Institution since February of 2020 where I´ve been involved in Efficient Buildings Interreg Med project and PLURAL.
