Counsel in the commercial law department at Toda & Nel-lo
Specialized in commercial-contractual law, innovation, and new technologies. He leads the ¿Legal Lab¿ team, an initiative by the law firm Toda & Nel-lo dedicated to expert legal advice on business collaboration models within the framework of open innovation tools (such as Venture Client models and M&A processes).
Previously, in addition to working at other national and international firms, he developed much of his professional career as in-house counsel for various companies.
