Teaching activity
Since 2025, he has been a professor, researcher, and academic coordinator at La Salle Campus Barcelona – Universitat Ramon Llull, where he teaches in business engineering and contributes to the degree in Engineering in Technology Management and the Master’s Degree in Teacher Education. He was also a teaching assistant at University College London in the course Artificial Intelligence in Education.
Research and knowledge transfer
His research focuses on educational technology, artificial intelligence, self-regulated learning, learning analytics, and teacher professional development. He currently participates in the Erasmus+ FIDAE project. Among his publications, the article “Education, big data and artificial intelligence: mixed methods in digital platforms,” published in Comunicar, stands out.
Professional activity
He has international experience in digital product management across education, banking, and technology. He was Lead Product Manager at BairesDev (2021–2024) and previously held positions at Quero Education and Lumiar Education. Between 2004 and 2016, he worked at Itaú Unibanco in financial products and digital banking.
Recognitions
He received the Honorary Distinction from Caritas Diocesana de Barcelona for the best social content in his final project for the Master’s Degree in Teacher Education (2025), recognition for excellent academic performance from Universitat Ramon Llull – Blanquerna, a CAPES visiting research scholarship at University College London, a CAPES doctoral scholarship, and the Walter Moreira Salles Award for Best Quality Project at Itaú Unibanco (2014).

He is proficient in Portuguese, English, Spanish, and Catalan, and has technical skills in R, SQL, Moodle, Canvas, and Blackboard.
