Teaching Activity
Lecturer at Universitat Ramon Llull since 2012, where she has taught courses in the areas of human resources and academic communication. Her teaching career began in Mexico at ITESO, where she taught subjects related to organizational change and culture.

Research and Transfer Activity
Researcher in Smart Society and GREITM, with lines of work focused on human resources, innovation, organizational behaviour, and SMEs. Author of studies such as Key HR Practices in Successful SMEs (2012) and HR Practices Supporting Innovation in SMEs (2016).

Professional Activity
She has experience in academic management, institutional coordination, and the organization of international events. At La Salle, she has led the academic coordination of the MBT degree and held roles in admissions, international mobility, quality assurance, and academic tutoring. She has participated in organizing committees of conferences such as IAJBS, ACACIA, and ANERI, and worked as HR Logistics Coordinator for the XVI Pan American Games in Guadalajara.
