Juan Augusto Nihoul — CV (English)


Juan Augusto Nihoul holds a Ph.D. in Project Management (2024) and a Master’s degree in Project Management (2018) from La Salle Campus Barcelona – Universitat Ramon Llull (Spain). He graduated as an Industrial Engineer from the Universidad de Córdoba (Argentina) in 2014.

He is currently Director of a technology company in the cybersecurity field, leading the development of innovative solutions for securing digital environments and supporting compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, ENS, and NIS2. His professional experience spans oil & gas (drilling project leader), automotive (new product development), and financial services (fintech solutions).

He is also active in academic research in R&D&I project management and is a member of the GREITM research group. His research focuses on innovation-driven project management and the integration of technology and compliance.

He has over five years of teaching experience at undergraduate and master’s levels in project management and business development. He currently supervises two Ph.D. theses.

He is the author of the book COVID-19: Technological and Business Challenges.
