José Luis Salvatierra Garrido

PhD Construction Management UK, Master in Coaching and Personal Leadership (c), Spain and Civil Engineer in Civil Works, Chile (roads, canals and ports engineer). He is currently based in Spain and works as an international Lean Senior consultant. Since his doctorate, he began to specialize in Lean philosophy with a focus on Value Management. His experience has expanded to sectors such as mining, construction, industries and services, contributing to the design of strategies and methodologies aimed at maximizing business results and adhering to continuous improvement practices. Through his experience and personal seal, he has contributed to the training of talents around the world, participating in postgraduate programs where he has taught programs on Lean Construction, Lean Manufacturing, Agility, Project Manager, Leadership and teamwork.
