José Antonio Montero Morales

Dr. José Antonio Montero Morales conducted studies of Industrial Engineering (electronics specialty) at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, and Electronic Engineering in the Ramon Llull University (URL) in 1992 and 1998 respectively. In 2008 he received his PhD from the Ramon Llull University making a work framed in the field of teaching innovation. Dr. Montero is dedicated to teaching since 1988. From that year until 2000 he taught job training in the Llefia school of Badalona (Barcelona), where he was responsible for several years of the technical department. From 1998 to present, he teaches in La Salle Engineering (belonging to URL), where he has taught, over the years, several subjects among which are: linear algebra, signal and image processing, and signals and systems. He also teaches, since 2009, in Master Degree in Teacher Training of secondary school and job training, specializing in technology, organized by the URL. He is co-author of more than 50 papers in national and international journals and conferences, most of which belong at the teaching innovation field. Nowadays is part of the group GRETEL (Research Group in Technology Enhanced Learning) of the URL. He is also a coach accredited by ASESCO (Spanish Coaching Association) since 2015.
