Teaching Experience
Professor at Ramon Llull University since 2024. His teaching focuses on research, evaluation, and management of the patient experience.
He has been the director of Elisava School of Design and Engineering in Barcelona, ¿¿and a visiting professor at ESADE, IESE, IE, UPF, UB, IED, BAU, and Elisava, as well as at Jorge Tadeo University in Colombia and the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil.
Research Activity:
He has extensive experience in national and international qualitative research projects conducted in Africa, the Americas, Asia, and Europe, related to user, customer, and patient experience research, applying anthropology, participatory design, and co-creation. He has carried out applied research projects for organizations such as Intel, HP, Vodafone, Novartis, Sanofi, Merck, Unilever, Oxfam Intermón, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Clinton Health Access Initiative, USAID, the WHO, and UNDP, among others.
