Hugo Zarco Jasso

Hugo Zarco obtained a PhD from IESE Business School (Barcelona) and worked as a consultant for The World Bank (Washington D.C.) and National Economic Research Associates (NERA). His current research focuses on Strategic Alliances and Public-private Partnerships. He has presented his work in several major conferences including the European Academy of Management and the Annual Academy of Management Meeting. Prof. Zarco also has an extensive managerial experience as public servant in the regulation of private utilities.
