Professor

Glòria Nieva Esteve is an adjunct professor at the Institut Químic de Sarrià (IQS) and an associate professor at the Escola Universitària Salesiana de Sarrià (EUSS) and La Salle-URL. She holds a PhD in Bioengineering, and her academic and research activity focuses on materials engineering, 3D printing, 3D bioprinting for medical applications, and the development of advanced biomaterials. She has participated in competitive research projects, including CaritBONE and national initiatives related to biomaterials and emerging medical technologies. She also coordinates the JointLAB IQS–SJD, a collaborative platform between IQS and Sant Joan de Déu Hospital committed to translational research in 3D bioprinting, advanced materials, and computational simulation.
