Dr. Giuliana Raffaella Longworth is a public health researcher based in Barcelona. She is a research collaborator with the SAFE research group at Blanquerna School of Psychology, Education and Sport Sciences, and a Lecturer in the Faculty of Health Sciences at Blanquerna, Universitat Ramon Llull, and La Salle, Universitat Ramon Llull. She teaches Research Methodology and Systematic Searches across several bachelor programmes.

She is also a Guest Lecturer at the University of Vic, contributing to doctoral and Master’s-level teaching, and has previously been a visiting Lecturer at MIT.

She was awarded a Doctoral Marie Curie Fellowship at Blanquerna, Ramon Llull University, and an Excellence Scholarship for her double-degree Master’s at Sciences Po Grenoble and Sciences Po Rabat.

Her international experience includes research visits to the University of South Australia, Ghent University, and the University of Amsterdam, as well as roles at the University of Malta and NGOs in Brussels, Freiburg, and Valencia.

She has published over 30 scientific papers, with more than 400 citations and an h-index of 10.
