Gemma Bosch Martínez graduated in Management of Business and Technology from La Salle Campus Barcelona – Universitat Ramon Llull in 2018. She later obtained a Master’s degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy from the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) in 2021. She has further specialised in digital education and social innovation through a Professional Certificate in Instructional Design (2023) and a certification in Social Innovation and Creativity for Impact (2025).

She is currently an Associate Professor at La Salle Campus Barcelona, where she has been teaching since 2025. She lectures in undergraduate courses on Governance and International Organisations and Social Entrepreneurship. Her teaching focuses on the role of EU institutions and international organisations in global governance, as well as on entrepreneurial approaches to addressing social and environmental challenges. She aims to combine theoretical foundations with practical perspectives, encouraging students to critically engage with current global issues and policy debates.

In the professional field, she works as Project and Business Development Manager at ReadLab Brussels, where she leads the design and implementation of international projects in education, social innovation, and EU cooperation. Her work includes the development of EU-funded proposals and UN tenders, as well as the creation of digital learning solutions and training programmes.

Previously, she worked as Digital Learning and Innovation Specialist at Aflatoun International (2021–2024), managing global education projects and collaborating with organisations such as UNICEF, the European Commission, and private sector partners.

Her areas of interest include international cooperation, education, and social innovation as a means to address global challenges.
