He holds a PhD in Humanities and Political and Administrative Sciences from Pompeu Fabra University. He has furthered his studies at the universities of Tübingen, Munich, and Berlin. Since 2009, he has been a Professor of Philosophy in the Department of Humanities at Pompeu Fabra University. His research has focused primarily on 19th-century German philosophy, 20th-century Spanish philosophy, and contemporary thought, topics on which he has published numerous articles and books.
