Fèlix Bueno Casas

My professional career is defined by a constant duality between technical innovation and artistic sensibility within the world of Visual Effects. With over 20 years of experience, I have evolved from creative roles in editing and digital compositing to the technical direction of infrastructures and post-production supervision for large-scale projects.
During my time as Technical Director and VFX Supervisor at Antaviana Films, I led the implementation of digital distribution systems and managed technical consultancy for the San Sebastian Film Festival (SSIFF), ensuring the integrity and quality of more than 200 films.
This comprehensive vision allows me to lead compositing teams in high-demand international productions for platforms such as Netflix or HBO, highlighting my current work at El Ranchito on projects like A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, Society of the Snow, and One Hundred Years of Solitude. Currently, I bring this expertise to the academic field at La Salle (URL), where I teach the Advanced Compositing IV elective, focused on preparing students through problem-solving methodologies and real-world industry standards.
