Esther Somoza Rodríguez

She currently runs DelSoM Consultores, a company specialising in training and consulting services. Since 1993, she has worked directly with companies such as Banesto, Winterthur, Honda, Grup Acieroid, TV3, Catalana Occidente, Abertis Telecom and Kellogg´s, among others, to design tailor-made training plans for the development of personal and professional skills. He has contributed to the book Manual del Directivo eficaz (Manual for Effective Managers).
Esther Somoza has a degree in Industrial Psychology, a Master´s in Human Resources Management, training in Active Coaching and an Executive Master´s in Organisational Coaching. She is LIFO accredited and a Practitioner in NLP. She has completed the ¿Theory and Tools of the Harvard Negotiation Project¿ course taught by CMI International Group at Harvard University. She is accredited in the Belbin Methodology.
