Elva Lizeh Ramos Monge
Dr. Elva Ramos-Monge holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Management from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), with part of her doctoral research carried out at the UNESCO Chair of University Management. She is currently a professor and researcher in the Business Department at La Salle BCN, where she teaches Technoethics, Social Entrepreneurship, Principles of Organizational Management, Human Resources, and Qualitative Analysis. Her research focuses on education for social entrepreneurship and on how business and education can contribute to positive social change. Specialized in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and social entrepreneurship, she combines academic research with applied knowledge to promote ethical and sustainable business practices. She also works as a consultant in CSR, social entrepreneurship, business ethics, and sustainability, connecting academia with real organizational impact.
