Dr. Elva Ramos-Monge is a passionate educator, researcher, and consultant specializing in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and social entrepreneurship. Holding a Ph.D. in Organizational Management from UPC, with part of her research conducted at the prestigious UNESCO Chair of University Management, she brings a global perspective to business ethics and sustainability.

Currently serving as a professor and researcher at La Salle BCN in the Business Department, Dr. Ramos-Monge teaches:

✅ Human Resources

Beyond teaching, her research focuses on education for social entrepreneurship, exploring how business can drive positive social change. With extensive experience on CSR, Dr. Ramos-Monge bridges the gap between academia and real-world impact, inspiring the next generation of ethical business leaders.
