Elisabet Golobardes Ribé

Elisabet Golobardes is full professor at the Engineering Department at la Salle - Universitat Ramon Llull in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. She is member of the DS4DS (Research Group on Data Science for the Digital Society) group. Actually, she is member of the LHCb collaboration at CERN. She got a Computer Science Degree from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, a Computer Engineering PhD from Universitat Ramon Llull, and a General Management Program (PDG) from IESE Business School - University of Navarra. Previously, She has been a member of the GR-SETAD (Research Group on Electronics, Telecommunications and Data Analysis; 2014-2017), GRSI (Research Group on Intelligent Systems; 1998-2014), Dean of the La Salle School of Electronics and Computer Engineering (2003-2012) and Chief Academic Officer at La Salle-URL (2012-2014). Promoting Women in Technology. She combines teaching and research as a full professor at Ramon Llull University. Her research interests are in artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning, data mining, data analysis and knowledge-based systems.
