Adidas Latin America (2012–2018)
Director Retail & Franchise (2016–2018): Managed the own-retail business in Panama and Puerto Rico (15 stores) and the franchise business across 12 markets in Central and South America (90 stores). He held full P&L responsibility for a $50 million USD business, leading 6 direct and 150 indirect reports.
Director of Store Operations (2012–2016): Led operations for over 340 stores across 8 markets (ARG, BRA, CHI, COL, MEX, PAN, PERU, PR) with total sales of approximately 400 million Euros. He managed an organization of over 1,000 employees and implemented global initiatives and regional best practices for HR and retail operations
Levi Strauss España S.A. (2011–2012)
As District Manager, he managed 11 owned stores and 7 ECI concession stores, generating 14 million Euros in sales. .
Inditex Group (1999–2011)
International Area Manager (Pull & Bear, 2008–2011): Managed operations in Turkey, Syria, Saudi Arabia, and Cyprus, overseeing 33 stores and 320 employees. He successfully managed 12 new store openings across multiple countries and turned around business performance in all markets.
