Carles Enrich Giménez

Graduated in Architecture from ETSAB (2005) and Master in Theory and Practice of Architectural Design (2010). Professor of Projects at ETSA Barcelona since 2016 and Director of the Master´s in Architecture at La Salle Barcelona since 2022. Visiting professor at TUWien (Vienna) since 2023 and TEC Monterrey (Mexico) since 2021. Previously taught at ETSA Reus (2008-2017), ETSA Vallès (2015), and as a visiting professor at UNAV Pamplona (2022). Collaborator in international workshops such as Extra-Local at GSAP Columbia University (2019) and Re-Use the Ruin at Reuse Italy (2022, 2024). Founder of Carles Enrich Studio (2013), an architecture studio in Barcelona focused on architecture, urban design, and landscaping, with an integral approach and respect for the site´s pre-existing conditions. Recognized with multiple awards, including nominations for the Mies Prize (2017, 2019, 2021) and the Emerging Awards (2020), as well as awards at the Spanish Biennale of Architecture and Urbanism (2016, 2018, 2021, 2023) and FAD Awards (2024). He participated in the Venice Architecture Biennale, winning the Golden Lion in 2016. His work has been published in specialized journals such as El Croquis, AV, On Diseño, and Quaderns.
