Over the last 20 years, she has focused her professional activity on training and supervising coaches, designing and delivering leadership programs for companies and organizations from various sectors, and supporting management teams through systemic team coaching processes to help them form, empower, and lead in order to achieve extraordinary results.

Previously, she held various executive positions in the private sector.

- She is certified as a Coach and Team Coach by the International Coaching Federation.
- She is certified as an Advanced Coach in Body and Movement by Newfield Network Chile.
- She is certified in Systemic Dynamics in Organizations and Organizational Constellations by Infosyon.
- She has training in Systemic Facilitation from Sist Institute.
- She is certified in Coaching and NLP by John Grinder.
- She studied Leadership and Presence Fundamentals at the Presence Institute.

She holds a Degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona and completed the Executive Education Program at Esade.
