Professor at La Salle Campus Barcelona – Universitat Ramon Llull, where she teaches in the field of Business, particularly the courses Business Law and International Business.
She has teaching experience in higher education institutions, including Centro Universitário La Salle de Rio de Janeiro (UNILASALLE/RJ) and the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), where she has taught courses such as International Organizations, International Business, Negotiation Theory and Practice, Multiculturality, History of International Relations, and Organizational Processes.

Her research focuses on the internationalization of higher education, education policy, foreign policy and soft power, academic mobility, and international cooperation networks.
She holds a PhD in Education from the Federal Fluminense University (UFF), where her doctoral research addresses internationalization and education policy in the daily practices of higher education institutions.
She conducted an ex post evaluation of Brazil’s Science without Borders Program as part of her Master’s degree in Law and Policy.
She has participated in conferences and academic events across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, presenting research on higher education internationalization, education as soft power, public policy evaluation, intellectual property, and international cooperation.
