Co-author of “Bonnie: Developing a Very Special Friend”, presented at New Friends 2015 – 1st International Conference on Social Robots in Therapy and Education (Almere, Netherlands). Research focused on social robotics and assistive technology for children in therapeutic contexts.

Professional Activity


Co-founder and CTO of Cactus Engineering (2021–present), leading hardware, firmware, and embedded software architecture. Previously Head of Engineering (2017–2021) developing IoT and home automation platforms, and Electronic & Firmware Engineer (2012–2017) specialising in embedded systems, PCB design, and ARM Cortex firmware in C.
